This happened in Syracuse, Utah. A 14-year-old boy took his grandfather’s car for a ride but his grandpa who didn't know about it called the police and said it was stolen. The police found and chased the 'car thief' who was driving recklessly through a children park.

14-year boy driving, presumably w/o seatbelt. Yep! That is a thoughtful way to stop him! What if the kid died? "I was only trying to help"?
